အလုပ္သင္တို႔၏ပထမဆံုးအေတြ႕အၾကံဳ Interns' First Experience

ဒီအပတ္မွာ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ရဲ႕အလုပ္သင္(၂)ဦးျဖစ္ေသာ ထုရာႏွင့္ ေမဇင္ဦးတို႔သည္ ပထမဆံုးလုပ္အားေပးအစီအစဥ္တစ္ခု လုပ္ေဆာင္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။အမႈိက္သိမ္းဆည္းျခင္းအစီအစဥ္တြင္ ပါဝင္ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္းသာမက အင္တာဗ်ဴးေမးျမန္းျခင္းနည္းလမ္းမ်ားကိုပါ ေလ့လာခဲ့ပါတယ္။ပထမဆံုးအေနနဲ႔ သူတို႔၏ေမြးရပ္ဇာတိျဖစ္ေသာ နန္႔မြန္းရြာႏွင့္အျခားရပ္ရြာနီးစပ္မ်ား၌ပါ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။သူတို႔ကိုယ္တိုင္ေရးသားထားေသာ အေတြ႕အၾကံဳမ်ားကို ေဖာ္ျပလိုက္ပါတယ္။

 ထုရာ

မေန႔က ပါရမီလူမႈကူညီေရးအသင္းမွရြာအတြင္းအမႈိက္လွည့္လည္သိမ္းဆည္းရာတြင္ ကြ်န္မတို႕အတူပါ၀င္ခဲ႔သည္။ ၃နာရီနီးပါး အမႈိက္ကားနဲ႕ အမႈိုက္မ်ားက္ို လွည့္လည္သိမ္းဆည္းခဲ့တယ္။ ကားေရွ ့မွာ တစ္ေယာက္က အမႈိက္ကားလာျပီဆိုတဲ့အေနနဲ႔ ေခါင္းေလာင္းတီးေပးရတယ္။ ေခါင္းေလာင္းသံၾကားတာနဲ႕ လူတုိင္းက  အမိႈက္ပစ္ရန္အတြက္ အိမ္ေရွ ႔မွာ အဆင္သင့္ ေစာင့္ေနၾကတယ္။

ဒါေပမယ့္ ျပသနာတစ္ခုရွိတာက ေခ်ာင္းအနီးအနားမွာ ေနထိုင္တဲ့မိသားစုအမ်ားစုက အမႈိက္ကို ေခ်ာင္းနားမွာ ပစ္ၾကတာမ်ားတယ္။ မိုးမ်ားျပီး ေရၾကီးလာတဲ့အခါ ေခ်ာင္းနားမွာရွိတဲ့အမႈိုက္ေတြက မိုးေရႏွင့္အတူ အင္းေတာ္ၾကီးအိုင္ကို စီး၀င္သြားတယ္။ ဒါက ကြ်န္မတိုု႕ပတ္၀န္းက်င္အတြက္ေရာ အင္းေတာ္ၾကီးအိုင္အတြက္ပါ ဆိုးက်ဳိးေတြျဖစ္လာနို္င္ပါတယ္။အခ်ိန္ၾကာလာရင္ ေရထုညစ္ညမ္းမႈေတြျဖစ္လာေစပါတယ္။ ကြ်န္မတုိ႔ မေန႔က အမႈိက္ေကာက္တာ ရပ္ကြက္အနည္းငယ္သာ ေကာက္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ဒါေတာင္ အမႈိက္ကားက ခဏေလးနဲ႔ ျပည့္သြားတယ္။

တကယ္လို႔ အဲလိုမ်ဳိးအမႈိက္ေကာက္တာမရွိခဲ့ဘူးဆိုလွ်င္ တစ္ရြာလံုးရဲ႕အမႈိက္ေတြဟာ  အင္းေတာ္ၾကီးအိုင္ထဲသို႔  စီးဝင္သြားမယ္ဆိုရင္ ဘယ္လိုျဖစ္လာမလဲ။ ျပီေတာ့ လမ္းေပၚက အမႈိက္ေတြလည္း ရွိေသးတယ္။ တစ္ခ်ိဳ႕ေသာသူေတြက ဒီသဘာဝပတ္ဝန္းက်င္ထိန္းသိမ္းေရး လုပ္္ငန္းမွာ တက္တက္ၾကြၾကြပါဝင္ၾကတာကိုလည္းေတြ႔ရပါတယ္။ တကယ္လို႕ တစ္ရြာလံုးသာ တက္တက္ၾကြၾကြပါဝင္လာမယ္ဆိုလွ်င္ ကြ်န္မတို႔ရႊာေလးက သန္႔ရွင္းသပ္ရပ္တဲ့ရြာေလးျဖစ္လာမွာ အေသအခ်ာပါပဲရွင္။ အဲ့လိုသန္႔ရွင္းသပ္ရပ္တဲ့ရြာေလးျဖစ္လာဖို႔အတြက္ ကြ်န္မတို႔ရြာသားတစ္ေယာက္စီတုိင္းမွာ တာဝ

မေန ့ကလိုလုုုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္ေတြဟာကြ်န္မတစ္္ခါမွမၾကံဳဖူးခဲ့သလိုအဲလိုလုပ္ေဆာင္မႈေလးေတြရွိတယ္ဆိုတာေတာင္မသိခဲ့တာအမွန္္ပါ။ပါရမီလူမႈကူညီေရးအသင္းကေနဦးေဆာင္ျပီးရပ္ကြက္အလိုက္အမႈိက္လိုက္လံသိမ္းစည္းမႈမွာပါ၀င္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ဒီလိုပါ၀င္ခြင့္ဆိုတာကြ်န္မအတြက္တစ္ကယ္ကိုစိတ္္ေက်နပ္မႈရေစခဲ့ပါတယ္။နန္ ့မြန္းသူျဖစ္လ်က္နဲ ့ကိုယ့္ရြာမွာဘယ္လိုအဖြဲ ့အစည္းရွိတယ္သဘာ၀ပတ္၀န္းက်င္နဲ ့ပတ္သက္ျပီးဘာေတြလုပ္ေနတယ္ဆိုတာမသိခဲ့ပါဘူး။

ကြ်န္မတို႔ရဲ႕အင္းေတာ္ၾကီးအိုင္ဟာဆိုရင္သဘာ၀အတိုင္းတည္ရွိေနျပီးျပည္တြင္းျပည္ပမွခရီးသြားအမ်ားစုအား ဆြဲေဆာင္ေနေသာအိုင္ေလးျဖစ္ပါတယ္။အင္းေတာ္ၾကီးအိုင္သန္႔ရွင္းမႈနဲ႔ပတ္သက္ျပီးရပ္ရြာ(ရပ္ကြက္)ေတြမွာ အမႈိက္ကင္းစင္မႈဟာလည္း အေရးၾကီးပါတယ္။

ကြ်န္မတို႔မွာ အဲလိုအမႈိက္ေတြကိုေစတနာထားျပီးပတ္၀န္းက်င္သန္ ့ရွင္းေရးအတြက္ၾကိဳးစားမာန္တက္လုပ္ေဆာင္မႈေတြရွိေနတာေတာင္အခုထိပတ္၀န္းက်င္ကညစ္ပတ္ေနဆဲျဖစ္ေနပါတယ္။တစ္ခ်ိဳ႕ေခ်ာင္းနဲ ့နီးတဲ့ရပ္ကြက္အိမ္ေတြမွာ အမႈိက္ေတြကိုသိမ္းပစ္ျခင္းမရွိဘဲေခ်ာင္းေဘးမွာပစ္ေလ့ရွိတာကိုျမင္ေတြ ့ခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ဒါဟာဆိုရင္ကြ်န္မတို႔ရဲ႕သဘာ၀ပတ္၀န္းက်င္ကိုဆိုး၀ါးေစပါတယ္ (ဥပမာ-ေခ်ာင္းေဘးအမႈိက္ပစ္ျခင္းဟာဆိုရင္ပတ္၀န္းက်င္ကိုညစ္ပတ္ေစသလိုေလထုညစ္ညမ္းမႈကိုလဲျဖစ္လာေစမွာအမွန္ပါ)။အဓိကကေတာ့ကြ်န္မတို ့ရဲ့အားထားရာအသက္ေမြး၀မ္းေၾကာင္းျပဳရာျဖစ္တဲ့အင္းေတာ္ၾကီးအိုင္ကိုသက္ေရာက္ေစမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။သဘာ၀ပတ္ဝန္းက်င္မ်ားပ်က္စီးလာတာနဲ ့အမ်ွေရွ ့ဆက္ဆိုးက်ိဳးေတြကမ်ားသထက္မ်ားလာနိုင္ပါတယ္။

ကြ်န္မတို ့ရပ္ရြာအမႈိက္သန္ ့ရွင္းေရးဟာဆိိုရင္ကြ်န္မတို ့တစ္ဦးခ်င္းစီမွာတာ၀န္ရွိတယ္လို ့ခံယူမိပါတယ္။ဒီသဘာ၀ပတ္၀န္းက်င္ကိုထိန္းသိမ္းဖို ့ရပ္ရြာအတြင္းအမႈိက္ေတြကိုစနစ္တက်ပစ္တတ္ဖို ့နဲ ့သိမ္းဆည္းတတ္လာဖို ့ဆိုရင္အသိပညာ၊ဗဟုသုတ၊တာ၀န္ယူသိတတ္မႈေတြအေျမာက္အမ်ားလိုမယ္လို ့ထင္ပါတယ္။အမွိုက္ေတြရဲ့ဆိုးက်ိဳးေတြ၊ ေနာက္ဆက္တြဲဘာေတြျဖစ္လာနိုင္တယ္ဆိုတာ၊ ဘယ္လိုထိန္းသိမ္းမယ္ဆိုတာကအစပညာေပးဖို ့လိုေနေသးပါတယ္။တစ္ဦးခ်င္းစီရဲ့ပူးေပါင္းပါ၀င္မႈဟာဆိုရင္အရမ္းအေရးၾကီးေၾကာင္းကိုလဲကြ်န္မအေနနဲ ့ေလ့လာခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ဒါေၾကာင့္မို ့ကြ်န္မတို ့ေတြဟာအင္းေတာ္ၾကီးသား/သူေတြ၊ အင္းကိုခ်စ္တဲ့သူေတြ၊သဘာ၀တရားကိုခ်စ္ျမတ္နိုးတန္ဖိုးထားတဲ့သူေတြမွန္ရင္အမွိုက္ေတြကိုေခ်ာင္းထဲမပစ္ဘဲစနစ္တက်နဲ ့စြန္ ့ပစ္ျပီးကြ်န္မတို ့ရဲ့အင္းေတာ္ၾကီးအိုင္ေလးကိုထိန္းသိမ္းၾကပါစို ့လို

This week our two interns, Htu Ra and May Zin Oo, had their first action-packed schedule. From participating in trash collection programs to learning how to conduct interviews, they worked in their home village of Nam Mun as well as a few surrounding villages. Here is their description of the experience in their own words: 

Htu Ra: 

Yesterday we went around the village and picked up trash with Payagu Organization which is working for environment around Nam Mun village. We were going around Nam Mun for three hours with the truck. One person had to ring the bell.  Everybody was waiting in front of their house ready for throwing out their trash when the heard the sound of bell.

One problem we saw was that most of the people who are living near the stream didn’t participate in the trash collection because they throw their trash beside the stream. When it rains a lot, water goes through this trash piles and waste is pushed downstream into the lake.  

I think this is very bad. Later our Indawgyi lake will have water pollution. Yesterday, we collected the trash just for a few quarters of the village. Even with just a few quarter we had one full trash truck. Now think about all the trash from around all villages which are near from Indawgyi that don’t have regular waste collection.

And there was a lots of trash on the street  too.  But  I saw some villagers was really active on cleaning that. If all the villagers will participate, later our village and Indawgyi lake will become clean. Everyone who is from around Indawgyi has a responsibility to become collect their trash and put it in the right places to make Nam Mun a cleaner place.

I had never had an experience like collecting trash before, but it was great meeting so many people who helped around our village. I have never done that activity before yesterday. I didn’t even know what our community is doing or that there even were volunteers around here.  

Our lake is very attractive to local people and visitors.  Fortunately I had a chance to participate in working for the environment in Nam Mun. Yesterday, we went around the village where people were waiting to throw the trash from their house into the garbage truck.

Even when we have this kind of work around the community, our environment is still dirty and there is a lot of trash on the roads as well as others places including next to some streams that lead directly into Indawgyi. It looked so bad and it will create additional problems like not  getting fresh air. By throwing the trash into the stream our environment will deteriorate hurting our lovely Indawgyi Lake.

We have to solve these problems to create a better life for everyone. If we have some awareness training for people like what is the disadvantage of the trash and how can we maintain our local environment,  things can be better. I learnt that our main problem is saving our local environment so, if you love the lake please don’t throw trash into the stream.
